The food crafted by Chef Francesco di Marzio at the restaurant was simply delightful, particularly the four-course menu that featured exquisite, flavorful dishes that left us wanting more.
Unfortunately, the room we stayed in lacked proper air conditioning adjustments, which made for an uncomfortable night as we couldn't seem to find a cooling balance.

Don't miss the gourmet dining experience crafted by Chef Francesco, especially the four-course menu that promises delightful flavor combinations.

missingWrote a review on Nov 08restaurant closuredining quality
The need to book the spa in advance feels restrictive, especially with early morning cleaning disrupting the calm. The restaurant closure on Tuesdays and Wednesdays limits dining options, while the bistro’s offerings fell flat, lacking in quality and freshness. past charm seems diluted. a beloved room has lost features like carpet and proper drapes, and services like turndown are no longer provided despite the claim of five stars.

Charming grounds with delightful dining
Nestled in a breathtaking park, the Chateau de Germigney is a hidden gem. The natural swimming pool offered an enchanting escape, complemented by the warmth of the staff, making us feel at home.
Our room had some quirks—accessing the shower amenities was a bit tricky, and while the breakfast was decent, it didn't quite meet the value we expected for the price.

Heaps of charm and a beautiful meal, but the service vibe wasn’t as friendly as expected and the lack of drapes in the room was a bit disappointing.

The charming property in Port-Lesney is set in beautifully landscaped grounds with a natural swimming pool. The tastefully furnished Little Attic Room was comfortable, though the bathroom could benefit from better lighting. Dining nearby was delightful, especially at the lively bistro, but the main Michelin restaurant was closed during our visit.

A Charming Escape in the Jura
We had a lovely one-night stay in a beautifully furnished Little Attic Room, complete with a cozy coffee machine. The roaring fireplace in the lobby created a perfect atmosphere for our evening drinks. For a delightful meal, don't miss the nearby sister bistro with its friendly service.

Charming getaway with incredible dining experience
We had a delightful stay in a beautifully decorated annex room that perfectly captured the essence of a French chateau. The dinner we enjoyed on the terrace was a highlight—particularly the poulet au vin jaune, which was a culinary treat. While our room was lovely, I did find it a bit disappointing that it overlooked the parking lot rather than the park.
